COVID 19 Changes

Dear valued clients,
First and foremost, let us extend our deepest gratitude for your trust in our firm and wish you good health during this time. The news relating to COVID-19 requires us to evaluate health-related concerns, while meeting your legal needs.

Our office is still open and continuing to operate, but we are implementing several precautions to ensure our staff and clients’ safety.

We are taking in-person meetings and consultations only by appointment. Our doors will otherwise be locked to the general public. Please call 702-464-5000 and we are happy to get you scheduled.
During any in-person meetings and consultations, please do not be offended if we decline a handshake or arrange seating to distance ourselves. This is for your protection and ours.

If you or anyone you are in regular contact with are ill (fever, headache, sore throat, cough, etc.—no matter how mild), please do not come into the office. We are happy to schedule a phone or video meeting with you.
All of the common areas in our office are being regularly sanitized and we have limited use of certain equipment to avoid the spread of bacteria/viruses.

If you have upcoming appointments outside of our office (depositions, mediations, hearings, etc.), please contact us if you have any concerns about attending and we will work to reschedule them.
The Courts in our district, insurance companies, and defense attorneys share our health concern. They have cancelled non-essential hearings, declined to attend depositions, filed motions to extend deadlines, and drastically reduced staffed. State Farm and GEICO, specifically, have closed offices and implemented a work-from-home policy. This will cause delay in processing both pre-litigation and litigation claims, as well as settlements. We certainly understand the frustration this may cause, but in many instances, the delay cannot be avoided. We appreciate your patience as we do everything possible to push your claims forward.

If you have any questions or concerns, please call 702-464-5000. You may also email the following individuals:

Mckayla Moomey– Intake Coordinator –mckayla@mwinjury.com (Mckayla can schedule any necessary appointments, particularly those for new clients and/or claims).
Ash Marie Ganier, Esq. – Managing Attorney – ash@mwinjury.com (Ash can assist with any general questions or concerns).

You are also encouraged to directly call and email your assigned attorney, case manager, or paralegal. We are all available to assist you.

Thank you for your consideration as we continue to monitor the situation. We wish you nothing but good health, love and support at this time.
