We Accept Difficult Cases in Nevada

We are not TV lawyers. Mainor Wirth is built on its reputation. Senior partner, Brad Mainor, is born and raised in Las Vegas. His father was a prominent attorney in this community for decades. Joe Wirth’s family has long standing ties in this community. Without our reputation, we are nothing. We owe our success to our good name.

Our Las Vegas injury lawyers have been recognized with local, state, and regional awards for our professional standards. These standards include the necessary technical experience not only to assist our clients with their legal challenges but also to provide the personal attention to their personal injury case that is necessary in establishing a unique lawyer/client relationship.

Attorneys Bradley S. Mainor and Joseph Wirth have extensive knowledge of the process and procedures of the federal, state and local courts, and have earned excellent reputations. They are assisted by a talented staff, including experienced paralegals in the field of personal injury and car accident law who also work closely with clients.

We are very good at solving problems in car accident cases and personal injury cases without the frustration and expense of litigation, and a very high percentage of our personal injury claims are settled out of court. However, when litigation becomes necessary, we work diligently to represent our clients’ interests with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.  We have obtained many multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements for victims of car accident and personal injuries.

What You Can Expect from Us

As one of the fastest growing and most successful personal injury law firms in Nevada, we handle personal injury claims exclusively. We do not divide our loyalties by representing insurance companies or corporations.  This commitment helps us concentrate our skills and efforts to ensure that we maximize the compensation our clients receive for their injuries.

Each injured client receives our best effort, and we work to prevent problems before they arise, suggesting unique solutions to problems that cannot be avoided. Our clients always receive competent, common-sense advice, and we take the time to listen to our clients and explain the options and solutions, so they can make the choices which best meet their current needs.

When you work with the Accident Law Offices of Mainor Wirth, you will:

  • Be served by a team of experienced professionals.
  • Find a low staff-turnover which ensures continuity in the handling of your case and allows for development of a strong attorney/client relationship.

Dear valued clients,

First and foremost, let us extend our deepest gratitude for your trust in our firm and wish you good health during this time. The news relating to COVID-19 requires us to evaluate health-related concerns, while meeting your legal needs.

Our office is still open and continuing to operate, but we are implementing several precautions to ensure our staff and clients’ safety.

The Courts in our district, insurance companies, and defense attorneys share our health concern. They have cancelled non-essential hearings, declined to attend depositions, filed motions to extend deadlines, and drastically reduced staffed. State Farm and GEICO, specifically, have closed offices and implemented a work-from-home policy. This will cause delay in processing both pre-litigation and litigation claims, as well as settlements. We certainly understand the frustration this may cause, but in many instances, the delay cannot be avoided. We appreciate your patience as we do everything possible to push your claims forward.

If you have any questions or concerns, please call 702-464-5000. You may also email the following individuals:

Mckayla Moomey– Intake Coordinator –mckayla@mwinjury.com (Mckayla can schedule any necessary appointments, particularly those for new clients and/or claims).
Ash Marie Ganier, Esq. – Managing Attorney – ash@mwinjury.com (Ash can assist with any general questions or concerns).

You are also encouraged to directly call and email your assigned attorney, case manager, or paralegal. We are all available to assist you.

Thank you for your consideration as we continue to monitor the situation. We wish you nothing but good health, love and support at this time.

Brad Mainor and Joseph Wirth
